Background:

After 2D went about building a relationship with his illegitimate children she quickly grew attached to him and the rest of the band. They met in 2006 when she was only 3 years old and saw him every weekend and holiday until 2008. Two years had passed and both 2D and then his girlfriend started catching up on strange paterns in Mac’s behavior. He’d put his law degree to use and got full custody of McKenzie after finding out her mother was being particularly neglectful to her over her other half-siblings(on her mother’s side). 2D has raised her as best as he could alongside his girlfriend and the rest of band ever since, although he, regretfully, wasn’t always physically present and stayed on and off with his parents when band stuff came up.
