Some of my inktobers! They’re in a random order and I’m waiting to post some until I can draw and scan a few more characters.
Continuity Swap of @bloodysart’s character Dare. She did one of my character so go check her out!
I live and I’m busy drawing art of OCs, both mine and @psyche-angel‘s ocs.
Featuring a little sister character (not in the anime way) named Sunny, Siri from my webcomic which is in hiatus hell because I realized that I don’t like drawing webcomics and also college is a timesink, Psyche’s OC Nathaniel carrying her other OC Damien and my OC Dare away after they kicked ass and took names, Aria as she appears in a short story I’m writing, Aria as she appears in an RP inspired by Ghibli movies, and Cassidy, a character from an old story of mine in that same RP, in both color and screentone!
Rigel. Or Dare. Both, really. I just like them both most. (Also BNHA AU Ryuuken is boft and I love him)
Thank you so much! I’m glad you like them all, and I’m especially proud of Clara Kent and her big buff arms. Buff arms are just the best.
Have some fun facts about the character while you’re here:
Rigel was originally going to have slicked back, short hair until I realized he looked kind of boring, so I gave him a braid.
Dare’s characterization was conceived when I was vent writing about her being stuck at a party with her mom and people she hates.
Ryuuken’s human design is the second most consistent out of all my Lady Leaguers, aside from Juurouta who I nailed right from the start. (Hopefully Sisley’s not jealous *bricked*). Male Ryuuken has the same hair as fem!Ryuuken, too.
Superwoman wears less makeup than Clara. Clara wears light makeup (made to look a little clumsy and add to her unassuming demeanor), and Superwoman doesn’t bother. Makeup smears too easily in a fight and besides, it’s important for girls and women to see a powerful woman who doesn’t wear makeup.
Some more Inktober! I probably should’ve posted Dr. Fuentes yesterday, since I already had her drawn, but I didn’t want to split up this dynamic duo.
Dr. Fuentes is an alchemist who works out of a now-defunct restaurant. Despite the shabby exterior of her labs, the inside is very nice, and she makes all sorts of items and elixirs… for the right price. Of course, there are a lot of recipes that need a spell from a wizard, so I’m sure she’ll try to strike a deal with Dare.
Emma is Dr. Fuentes’ bodyguard, and the only person allowed to call her by her first name, Jennifer. Despite Emma’s cafefree and bubbly personality, she’s a dangerous opponent, even without help from Dr. Fuentes’ potions. Her weapons of choice are giant pistols that can fire any sort of round, whether it be lead, cold iron, or jade. If asked, she’d describe her relationship with Dr. Fuentes as ‘yes’.
And now we have the four main characters of Two Kings and a Wizard!
Starting with Darian “Dare” Kline, the protagonist of the story! She does inventory for the rare books at Hub’s Bookstore inbetween helping to take care of her brother, Murphy. But, one day, after a mysterious robbery, she finds herself in possession of a spellbook. It’s perfect timing, as she needs magic to deal with the new entry into her life.
Murphy Kline, Dare’s younger brother. He was the star of his school baseball team before his untreated depression lead to a low point in his life. Now he’s recovering, but appearance of Fii has made his life way more complicated. Whether it’s a good thing or a bad thing remains to be seen.
Prince Fidelius ‘Fii’ Imperius IX. He’s the third in line for the Kingdom of Esotheria, but has recently left after a scandal to find his soulmate. Said soulmate is Murphy. He comes off as a ditzy idiot, but make no mistake. His strategic prowess is matched by none, and he’s pretty good with a sword, as well.
Egalitea Sodalitas. By day, she’s a loving and doting wife who designs the dresses that her husband sells. But, due to the laws that prevent her from taking ownership and credit of the clothing line, she’s found it necessary to moonlight as an assassin, spy, and blackmail artist in order to enact change. Upon hearing of Fii’s arrival on Earth, she’s allied herself with him, and is hoping to put him on the throne to enact better laws.
