Does Arsene need a hug? Regardless if he does or doesn't, Joker has his arms open to offer a hug to the gentleman thief.

That got Arsene smile more. He knelt down and immediately pulled Joker into a hug. The gentleman was always accept hugs from his user. Or users, as had been the case lately.

  Joker is caught in the strings of his own...

“Me? Nahh. I’ve got this!” His mask burns away and Arsene appears beside him. A quick kick and his knife heel cuts through the rope. Arsene grabs Joker before he can fall, places his user gently on the ground. Joker grins up at Lighter. “God… You’re pretty.”

Now he laughs, That shitty awkward laugh someone gives when they’re flustered. “Sure sure show-off. I think I get to look at something much prettier.”

Admittedly, she found his suggestions a bit difficult to understand.  She understood the idea of stairs, but...all of this seemed to intricate and time consuming.  Much more so than just jumping down there and hoping to survive.  

“Wait wait, so...I just need to put blocks on the sides...?” 

She moved her avatar a step forward, but the block wouldn’t set... Maybe she wasn’t close enough?? 

Moving another step forward, she tried again to place the first block...only to watch her character fall over the edge of the cliff, a death pop up covering the screen as her stuff scattered across the bottom of the dimly lit abyss.  

She stared expressionlessly at the screen for a moment before holding the controller out to her classmate, letting out a discouraged sigh.  

“I...don’t think I want to play anymore...” she told him quietly.  

“I’ll just watch you...”

Yusuke shook his head, holding his hand up in front of him to refuse.  

“There is no need.” he replied simply.

“I’ve never played a game quite like this before... I don’t imagine I would provide any entertainment.”

Besides, he was sort of enjoying watching the other play.  It was humbling in a way...seeing that Akira wasn’t good at everything involving combat.
