It’s commonly believed that TaleSpin’s Don Karnage only removed his footwear in the series one time (The Ransom Of Red Chimp) - HOWEVER, one musn’t forget Don’s walk-on in Jolly Molly Christmas, where he delivers a looting/plundering speech to his Air Pirate crew in his custom monogrammed pajamas and adorable sleep cap.

Wildly different than those seen in Red Chimp, his paws are solid color on top, with cream colored soles (occasionally!). Still 3 toes a piece.
