“In Loving Memory”
Someone I love very dearly passed from time to eternity today very unexpectedly. She was a person full of vibrant color (lots and lots of red…We are/were kindred spirits there!😊), life, and personality and someone who showed me in many ways that its ok to express my individuality and not hide it. I’m not usually a super emotionally involved person- I hold people, even those I really love, at a distance- but she knew how to get past that wall. I think the hardest part of an unexpected death is not being able to take back the last encounter that you had with that person…that you can’t replace the last words you said or the last experience that you had with a better one…that you can’t say that final “I’m sorry. I love you.” (3.23.18)
