Still learning how to use watercolor pencils, Lorena is a 3.5 DnD character for a home brew game. She a wingless Raptoran (basically harpies with wings on their backs). If people are curious I will gladly open up about her background.

a project that I’ve been working on for a while, finally posting part of it for @therealjacksepticeye and his current #septicart event. It’s him as a Dungeons and Dragons (3.5e) playable character! He mentioned wanting to play on twitter, so I decided to play around a bit. It’s part of a larger project, the rest of which can be found here
Anyway, I hope you all like it!
Saragon, Male Raptorian, class Fighter, my secondary DnD character who is basically a feathery Deadpool with the whole flirting nature. He is destined for alot of slaps probably 😂
The biggest commission I've ever payed for is under way Fullbody with detailed background of my longest running character Skadir, my 3.5 half-giant corrupted druidess with the shapeshift alternate class feature I'm so excited OwO
She literally is the most powerful character I've ever played Look at this :
Skadir is level 8, she has the Improved Natural Attack (Bite) Monster Feat and Improved Trip Feat. She has 16 base strength, and at level 8 her Natural Weapons have magical bonus of +2, a BAB of +6/+1. In Ferocious Slayer Form she has a 24 Strength and is Large. That means her Bite Attack is at +14 to hit, 2d6+12 and her two Claws at +8/1d6+12.
In combat she usually casts Barkskin, that's +4 AC on top of the +8 of her Slayer Form. That's 22 AC.
Shapeshift is a swift action. So what usually happens is, she comes down from the sky, and suddenly the backline squishy has to deal with 50HP 22AC Large Beast, that Trips you with a +19 (Half-Giant gives size bonus), and rips you apart.
She can always back out easily from the fight and then harass with Call Lightning or finish you with Flame Strike.
I can't wait to immortalize her in a framed poster.
Shenanigans I've gotten involved in with while playing dnd.
Using a magical flash of inbriation which whenever a liquid from the endless flask touched someone's skin they were instantly drunk and saving, accuracy throws/checks had to be made when rolling for action self, alies or enemy npcs (random loot from the first town in a campaign which the dm didn't contemplate the item having different forms of use)
Made a Dwarven barbarian named kami of the kazi but instead of normal barbarian rage and get a strength bonus my character just explodes with kinetic wave energy from rage causing aoe damage. And I made him profesaint at bone armor crafting for added shrapnel/pirceing damage. And he was gifted at jump ridiculously far and climb like a God.
I made a character from two different home brews 1 a home brew race (aglis/construct with choice of form) and class that's a home brew based off of the character from fate/night unlimited blade works Shirou Emiya. Which he can copy weapons from first scanning them then replication of them from the scanned original item just depending upon the accuracy of the roll for the scan. It determines the quality of the weapon when it's replicated and if it ends up being a master class weapon or higher not only the physical form doesn't dissappear after taking damage the item itself becomes physically permanent and or enchanted in addition. Aside from being able to mass produce more without have to roll for the action.
And other shenanigans associated with this particular character I made the character essentially during one campaign essentially mimic batman in hero clix by shooting out self replicated weapons with proficiency at 5 occultists while in hiding and took them all out at one single move.
And everytime when we got loot from events or dungeon chest I asked for very specific items down to the last detail so when I rolled for it the dm didn't screw me over and give me something useless or cursed in a funny way. But the items I asked for were parts to make a functional light Saber in dnd which eventually became a reality. And with my character's abilities I manufactured light sabers at the capacity of a car manufacturer if needed for myself or share with alies and threw them/shot them at enemies with proficiency.
And eventually made the character general grievous like In the end just with more abilities and shenanigans and the physical form of a dracowarrior with 4 arms. (Which his form was such from the start of the campaign due to his racial specifics/ability).
I was once a dungeon boss due to the fact the DM told me to roll A d20 to see what landed on and because what landed on effected me when I touched a piece of loop that was sitting on a pedestal my guy got possessed by the spirit within the loot because it was cursed. And when it came time for combat I kept nearly killing them and even knocked a few unconscious but in the end I was defeated/freed from the cursed items clutches of possession of my characters body. And that cursed item was required item for the campaign to progress further so we carried it with us until it's use was later found resulting the amulet destroyed.
Will post a pt 2. Later
“What do you mean they are all dead?!” Screamed the raptoran as she fell to her knees. The messager shifting awkwardly at the diplomat’s sudden burst of anger. How can someone provide a person comfort for this level of grief? It wasn’t a every day ordeal that you had to inform a royal guest the annihilation of their flock. Bowing his head the human muttered softly his condolences before backing out of the room, hearing the woman mutter to herself repeatly. “They can’t be... they just can’t..”

Angst art of a future scene to probably happen in this campaign. Lorena is my character and the Raptorans in this campaign is tbh homebrewed so there is differences. I may posted a colored version later
Moonmaidens
These enigmatic creatures that serve Sehanine are much like Sehanine's fellow moongoddess, Selune's, Shards. So where Selune has her shards, Sehanine has her moonmaidens. Each moon maiden is obviously a touch of the divine, this is manifested in there resilients, there speed, there strength, there other worldly grace and knowledge. Each moonchilde possess one of Sehanine's tears, with in them. Unlike Mystra's chosen which are picked by the goddess or born that way, All moonmaidens are born moonmaidens they can not gain this later in life it is what they always are and have been. It is unknown how many actually exist as it is on of the goddess's closest kept secrets. There is never more than a handful of moonmaiden's however, and they are always elven, the goddess has one among each elven subrace, excluding drow. This is because her surrogate daughter Eilistree is a moon goddess herself. Moonmaiden are the conscious and active part of there goddess's will, they are most active in the realms where there goddess does not often interfere with what is and what will be. She allows her moonmaidens to govern over her activities in the realms, certain that they will know what is right and what is wrong, there has never been an evil moonmaiden, they were gifts of the goddess herself to the elven people, serving as confidants to high powers, to rulers and sages. They are also skilled in defending the elven people, many of the moonmaidens do tend to walk a martial path. Beautiful even with the nature of elves, Moonmaidens always reflect the night sky in some manner, be it silver haired, black haired, blue haired, or white haired, there eyes usually follow the path of silver, gray, blue, black and rarely the purple of twilight. They are always exceptional and stand out well in a crowd of elves, not only for beauty but for there skill and knowledges as well. Often the protectors of elven territory, burial sites and often they will quest to find missing elven artifacts and serve as the connection between those who have passed to Arvandor. Often harbingers of the goddess, they are openers of paths under the moon, and subtle guides to the will of the elven pantheon, though they serve Sehanine, Corellon may also call upon them as the Father of All Elves. All moonmaidens are born on the Night of the Full Moon, usually during the Feast of the Moon, and on the night of the ritual of the Luminous Cloud, As they are born with the spark of the divine, they do not suffer the neurosis that the Chosen of Mystra often exhibit. Moonmaiden's are not aware of what they are, until there purpose is revealed to them, and only than are they actively aware of themselves and there abilities, each one is activated when they see there goddess, for the first time, though it takes awhile for them to come to understand that they are truly the blessed and the divine. Moonmaidens are so unique that they are not known even by the most scholarly of elven sages, and there is a (+15 DC) to Knowledge:Religion to know who and what they are, as a Moonmaiden get's older, as she is often raised among elves, more and more of her abilities manifest, even if she is not aware that she is manifesting them. Her special abilities are still active known to her or not. Up to the point where she knows what she is, it is up to the Game-Master to choose her divine spells, given to her as the Moonbow feels she might need them. Blessing of the Moon: (EX): A moonmaiden can at will cast both Moonbeam and Moonfire, she also gains the ability to cast the spells from the Moon Domain level 1-9 once a day.
Immunities:(Ex): All moon maidens are immune to sleep and charm, they do not age always appearing in there youth, mind effecting spells of level 5 or lower do not affect a moonmaiden. A Moonmaiden can not be turned into a were-creature. The Circle of the Moon: (Ex) Like there goddess the moonmaidens are tied to the moon, it effect the ebb and flow of there nature, there emotions and there magic. During the Full Moon a moonmaiden gains a +4 DC to the save of her spells, and spell like abilities. This drops per phase of the moon down to +0 for the newmoon.
Cloak of the NightSky (Sp): When in direct moonlight a moonmaiden is under the effects of a starmantle, In addition as long as she is not in direct sunlight, or bright light, she radiates the effects of a fullmoon, this effects others not herself, in response to magic and feats. Grace of Stars (Sp): A moonmaiden possess a certain starry like quality to the skin, this gives them the effects of lesser displacement, (a 20% chance to miss on attacks.) In addition she adds her charisma bonus to her AC.
Mysteries of the Night Sky(Ex): A moonmaiden gains a +10 sacred bonus to all Knowledge Skills and Spellcraft, as she seems to recall things that were forgotten or things that no one else is suppose to know. Mother's Touch:(Su): A moonmaiden can touch or embrace someone once a day and the embrace grants the following effects to the target of the embraced: Restoration and Cure Critical Wounds, this is Wis based, her level is concidered her HD. Spell Casting (Sp): All Moonmaidens Cast as a 5th level cleric, though they only gain spells and not the cleric class ability. Until they are aware of this it is up to the GM to choose spells. Attributes: +2 Str +6 Dex +6 Con +8 Int +10 Wis +6 Chr (They do not gain the elven bonus to there stats, this is already added into the stat modifiers, they gain the rest of there race's special abilities however. ) Saves: +2 sacred bonus to all saves. Feats: Stigmata: All moon maidens have this feat. Rather than blood a moon maiden seems to drip moonlight, this reflects in a quicksilver colored liquid, which can grant a single does off moon-sheen. If used in a healing potion the potions cures an additional 1d6 of damage. Skills: +2 Spot, Listen and Search Moonmaiden's count as Elven for all effective purposes.
Confession time tumblr...
I like 3.5 DnD the best. It’s a terrible mess, but like a messy room I love it and I know where everything is.
5e is just... too organized for me.
