The stars have aligned. It's time for another experiment
This is what four pounds of raspberry and blackberry candy looks like. If you care
Honestly we could stop here and say it's wine and I think we could convince some people. But we won't be doing that
And we're off! The yeasts are doing their thing chowing down on the sugars in the candy. My only concern is, I don't know if they can get into the gelatin gumdrop part of the berry, and I'm not sure how much of the promised sugar content is locked inside there. But we'll see what happens! It already smells amazing
