AMGの名を一躍世に広めた伝説的マシン。ベース車の写真を見てみるといかにも偉い人の送迎用といった雰囲気なので、このマシンがサーキットで大暴れするのは確かに衝撃的だ。

ミニカーになってもそのオーラは健在。深みのあるメタリックレッドに、多少の変更や省略はあるものの頑張って再現されたロゴ類。複雑なパーツにキッチリ印刷されたライトカバーはいい意味でHWらしからぬ精密さだし、大柄かつ金属シャーシのおかげで手に取った時のズッシリ感も気持ちいい。「いいミニカーだなぁ」としみじみ感じさせてくれる逸品。<697>

I've probably watched dozens of videos on the 6.3, but this might be my favorite one. I really like the segment on the early history with Erich Waxenberger and his first M100 powered prototype he built out of a W111 250SE coupe that fell off the assembly line.
