In 2005 Sandy Springs left Fulton County and took its multi-billion dollar tax base with it. This was less than 12 years ago. I have seen several multi billion dollar projects go up in the last eight years. This is the City Hall performing arts Center and much much more. It is straight up gorgeous in there playing Prince on a Saturday afternoon.
