30 days ago I could barely walk a half a mile at 3.0 without feeling like a fish out of water. Now I'm able to do 2 miles at a moderate jog without stopping. 30 days ago I could barely do 5 full sit-ups. Now I am able to do 3 sets of 10. 30 days ago i hardly could do 3-5 push-ups. Now I can do 2 sets of 10-15. 30 days ago I hardly could do 15 squats. Now I can do 4 sets of 15. 30 days ago I wouldn't be able to do any of this and didn't think think too much about eating healthy. I have begun a transformation and I will continue to make this transformation. We have about 3 1/2 months until summer and I might look like a entirely different person. A healthy and fit person
