confidence day 3
DAY three
1) Go without men!: Yes. Some texts but wasn’t invested.
2) Do a 15-minute posture exercise: NO :( so I think I will change this for me....to just 15 minutes of excercise (at least) every day.
3) Read a positive book/blog for 10 mins/day: I tried, but I dot think I found anything
4) “Show up” Yes
5) personality trait you like about yourself: my bubbly personality
6) When I wrote a letter that most would advise against, but it was so cathartic, healing, and authentic I felt a freedom in it.
