Day one of my thirty day whole foods plant based commitment. This photo is misleading but I have an aesthic obligation not to post the gross pictures of my breakfast I took this AM...I have yet to have any papaya but instead just listening to my body and making it through breakfast and lunch with one fruit - beautiful bananas 🍌. Man, eating mono meals makes it so clear to me that hunger and eating out of boredom are two very different things. Feeling okay on only one cup of coffee - and a whole lot of h2o.
