postTHIRTY: a letter to yourself

Dear self,

There's not a lot I can say but thank you for standing up for yourself and letting go of anything dwelling in your mind. This year have been eventful becauseyou stood up for yourself. You've made the effort to change your ways and life's been pretty eventful and graceful. Keep it up. Be fruitful, faithful, grateful for everything. You've still got the rest of the year to go. Worry, but don't worry too much. Don't forget the simple things. Pray. Smile. Believe. Live. And never think that life sucks, because your friends and family are there to prove you wrong. Think positive. Never be pretentious. Dream. Keep on going, man.

postTWENTYNINE: a letter to your friends and family

Family and friends,

First and foremost, I am forever grateful that I have you all. I should be so thankful that you've all been there when I've skyrocketed to my highs and plummeted to all time lows. Particularly my family who have always been by my side even when I once was doubtful about that. I love them with all my heart. Whether you're a friend who is still present or not in my life, I should thank you for spending time with me! Even if I think you're a total ass, I'm happy I've met you. You may have either strengthened me to work on myself or move on to find new friends who are truckloads better than you may ever be. If any of these guys weren't here to help me, I would be on dire straits. Basically meaning I'll be having so much trouble. I'll let you know that having your company completes me. I wouldn't want it to end for the world.

postTWENTYEIGHT: a letter to your followers

Followers,

I cannot thank you all enough. Whether I know you or not.  I write a lot of emotional dribble and sometimes I blow up full of hot air but for the people who have read my posts and understood to an extent, thanks. Ever since day one, this has almost been my sanctum for expressing my deepest thoughts. Thank you so much again for listening and trying to understand what I have to say. You're all awesometastical!

postTWENTYSEVEN: your views on love

I know for a fact that it is a very powerful feeling. Quite manipulative and in some situations makes you unable to think properly (that is probably a case of my own). It's very special and it's only under really special circumstances where it can be obtained. The power of love takes you to another level. You lose sleep, pay attention to the teeny tiny little details and beat yourself up about it. It's a wonderful feeling, indeed.

postTWENTYSIX: how you celebrated your last birthday

I turned 18 this year. Did I party hard on the day? No. I didn't have an 18th party like most people did. For years, I dreamed about how I would send off Year 12 but I never expected it would end this way. In retrospect, I deserved it. Last year, I was doing no good and I mucked up with my studies because I wouldn't let go of personal grudges. I put my parents under pressure when they didnt' really need it and it just made me feel so terrible. And I'd still feel pretty crappy if I had a party organised anyway because it didn't seem worth it. So I just spent my birthday with one of my longtime best friends roaming around the city. We went to MC, watched Little Fockers at Crown and grabbed some lunch. That was all I wanted to do that day. Turning 18 when I was feeling down and out was an enormous milestone for me. It finally convinced me to grow up and quit the backsliding. Since then, things have been looking up and it was all because of the gift I received on this year's birthday; that is bearing the benefits from trying to make a significant difference in me.

postTWENTYFOUR: your day to day routine

On a uni day:

Wake up at 7am (gotta have my bowl and cerealz)

Shower for about 4-5 minutes

Dress up, breakfast

Dropped off at tram spot going to uni

Uni: 9am-3pm

Tram/train it home

Go home: study/sprawl on couch/guitar/computer

Try to sleep at 9pm

On my free day (Thursday):

Wake up whenever I feel like it

Shower whenever I feel like it

Breakfast, dress up whenever I feel like it

Sprawl on couch at home

Work on anything I need catching up on

Practise guitar/singing (because no one else is home but me)

Go catch up with someone in the City/go Mass

Try to sleep

Weekend:

Usually go to mass on a Saturday afternoon

Other than that, whatever
