My first name derives from my fathers name and I also bare the name of another important man, but thats another topic for some other day. Im writing this at 2 am after working a 8 hour shit at my second job but I feel like putting down my mind on this new shiny keyboard I have so yeah… Anyways like I was saying I am Jesus and I want to be a fashion designer… Yeah a heterosexual male wants to make clothes for a living, its 2016. Regardless of my sexual orientation (which shouldn't matter) my future will consist of sketches and sewing machines and I'm okay with that. Fashion is a passion for me, ever since I could attain the concept of wearing clothes as a form of personal expression. Passionate about it to the point I want to make it a career. I know that it will be difficult but its going to be done. Don't let “they” (word to Khaled) tell you otherwise. Ever since we have been under the “education umbrella” we have been told over and over that you can be anything you would like to be. Which could only go so far honestly. I mean c’mon, I wanted to be a super hero growing uo and unless I fall into a radioactive pit, that isn't happening. The truth is that as we progress further into this umbrella that I mentioned, we find our teachers and elders telling us to focus in school to get a career out of it. Thats where they start limiting us to those 9-5 jobs with a prick of a boss. Nothing wrong with that if thats what you want to do. BUT I'm not here for that. We are being put in to this box of “standards” from a young age. We are being limited to the norms of society. Our creative sides are taking out of are precious minds to just numbers and words. Colors, shapes, lines, and unorthodox aesthetics are washes out by society. And thats the problem. I think that we are placed on this earth to contribute to the greater scheme of things. Everyone is born with a talent, it our choice to explore that talent. I think humans are the greatest form of living art there is. We have such a beautiful mind that gets stained as we go in life. Our minds need to be purified and filtered away from standards and the evils. We are all children of the man above. After this, we have another gig waiting for us up in the clouds. In the mean time be the circle in a room full of squares. Don't let your environment shape your God giving mind. We are creators in our own ways. Cant nobody holds us down but us. Be you, be different and live your life how YOU want to. As for me, this shit going to work out I promise you that. We gon’ be alright… 33rd
