Vovinam Day 17
I love vovinam so much. But as the summer grows closer it feels like the class is getting smaller. We haven't been able to learn anything new because people aren't showing up for class. But we did learn 360 kick and cart wheel. It feels like it's getting easier. Can't wait for tomorrow.

WOW! As a Van Damme fan this is amazing to see, not only does he still have it, but it's still so easy for him to do his trademark helicopter/360 kick. Why haven't we seen this in so long?
On another note, how awesome does it look at normal speed? Normally it's slowed down in films, but it looks so brutal and fast in this behind the scenes footage, I really hope we get to see more of it in future movies and at this pace!
