Love Shane Koyczan, even though I’m trying to save most of the quotes I have from him for days I struggle to come up with other ones. Today is one of those days where the addiction hits harder, because I’ve been clean long enough to hit another wave of temptation. But I’m going strong and I’m gonna continue doing all that I can do make a better me less of a vision and more of a reality. So if you’re having a bad day, listen to “Instructions for a Bad Day” by Shane Koyczan. And really listen, take time to just ponder the words. It’s helped me more than once to find that peace in knowing that as dark as the imminent doom you’re currently going through may seem, you’ve got a whole lot more to keep fighting for than you think.
