An admission of a guilty longing glare, and karma positioning. 5 hours, my heart sprinted and melted reality into only a minute. Smiles and laughter. Aisle seat, crossed legs to leg cramps. Overthinking, and untold grins. Tactical watches and an orange camera case. Dachshunds and drones. Sink-water bird baths. Favorite foods and dental hygiene. Cranberry juice and ginger ale. People are strange, women so wicked. An arm rest removed, a shoulder to lean on. Lust, intrigue, and chemistry. I too, am an avid hugger but not how I wanted to part paths.
Only regret is an opportunity or future lost. Soul was touched and is still smiling. It was Natomic. I should have walked beside instead of away. Only regret.
