37THSTATE CEO FEATURED IN SEAN JOHN FALL 2013 CAMPAIGN
Foregoing the traditional route of using professional models, design label Sean John has handpicked four exceptional young men to promote their new ad campaign for Fall/Winter 2013 entitled “I Am Sean John”. The label, owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs, searched within America and internationally for men who embody the brand’s entrepreneurial spirit—men who not only turned their passion into a successful business but were also making a positive difference in the world through their professional, charitable, and personal endeavors.
Bolaji Kekere-Ekun, founder and CEO of 37thSTATE (http://www.37thstateonline.com), was discovered and selected to represent the ‘International Sean John Man’ in the campaign. Though usually not keen on being in the limelight, Bolaji immediately saw his participation as an opportunity to give back to society as he elected to donate his entire model fee to Lagos-based charity Bake for Change (www.facebook.com/bakeforchange)
Bolaji was featured alongside Olympic silver medalist Tim Morehouse, American artist/programmer Ryder Ripps, track and field Olympic champion Kerron Clement.
