396: Starly
Our early bird for this generation is about as you'd expect with not much to twist on it. It's a nice, basic bird with a cute design, but that's kinda all there is to say about it.

397: Staravia
Staravia doesn't offer a lot to talk about either, I'm afraid. It's another early bird that SORT OF looks like a cockatiel, yet I feel doesn't quite deliver. At this point, I'm just holding my breath until we get a fully fledged cockatiel Pokemon.

398: Staraptor
If you're just plain into some cool birds, Staraptor's here to save the day. Just to outright say it, Staraptor here is my favorite fully evolved common Normal/Flying type obligatory to these generations. It's just badass in its own right. That's perhaps shallow but. How often are these common normal types overly exciting?
