i thought my birthday was going to suck because i spent today crying, have to work tomorrow (my actual birthday), none of my friends wanted to do anything on my day off, and i had to buy my own birthday dinner.

but

my parents love me, they got me a new -super nice- bong, and my dog (who was throwing up earlier) feels much better. i just want to go in to 23 with a positive mindset. i’m sick of trying to get people to stick around, i’m going to focus on myself stop letting people waste my time. nobody likes you when you’re 23, but hopefully i start to like myself.
