I have a bit of fluff for you The 3Cs Reading your favourite book while you’re all snuggled up in bed, one made you some tea, one wrapped you in the blanket to keep warm and the other is reading the story in the softest voice he could, and holding you in his arms with your head on his chest, one of the 3Cs is curled up behind you and one his stroking your hair lulling you to sleep, before the 3Cs go into stasis mode while you slept. My friend, my pal, amigo…

This made my heart flutter for real. Like I’m lowkey concerned how close this scenario hit to home because I often read before bed and I love tea so 👀👀👀 are you a mind reader or I’m just that obvious? 

Honestly, this is so heartwarming though? Because these murder bois just being soft and gentle? Connor would be the most vocal about his concern while the other two take more of a silent back role, though if anything they’re more apprehensive about you not being well. 

They show it very differently and R!Connor/Nines don’t exactly coddle you. But if they know it’s serious and their presence helps, they will do anything to help for sure. They’re more action driven in a sense that it’s easier for them to hone their worry into rage and direct it at something else, namely some faceless enemy for them to fight. It’s harder if you’re simply unwell because they can’t use the usual parameters to handle the situation.
