I already feel much better. I can tell that the reason I've been feeling like shit recently is because of all the garbage i've been eating. I binged on a whole box of mac and cheese the other day (it wasn't even good LOL), and last night I ate two ramens. I am very poor so I've been getting my food from free food pantries, so I don't really get to choose what I eat, but I have SOME produce! They gave me squash, cucumbers, cabbage, lettuce, bell peppers, and a mini watermelon (that I ate very fast because it was so good)! I can choose to eat that instead of all the nasty carbs that put so much weight on me so quickly.
Well, whatever. I have 31 hours to go.
