Hey, hi, hello! 👋 How do?

Been a little while since I posted new art. 😅 But now I've got a new art! Digital art, at that! 🤩 I got a bit of practice recently by trying to digitalize my OC Tarot Cards.

I've also gotta ramble a bit about what I've been doing lately, but for right now, here's Ellie ("Ellie" 😅) and Shadow!

I've been rewriting TTDS for its 10 year anniversary 🤣

I've said a while back that Trapped in the Dream State spent the last 10 years being a YouTuber AU story, and I still love the story I made for it, but realized 2 things while I was redrawing the comic 1) this version probably would've been better if I just wrote it like a novel instead of a comic and 2) I have not a whole lot of interest in the people involved anymore. 😅

So I'm making it like an OC-centric AU story (placeholder name for this is Facetveil. TTDS can stay it's own thing). At first I wasn't really that invested in this story, I just knew that I wanted to mash ALL ~50 of my characters together into a series they could call their own.

Another thing was that I needed to change Shadow's story if I wanted to keep them in it (it's something I've been meaning to do for a few years now but could never figure out how to do). I did a brief stint of research and came across the Fae, specifically Changelings.

So I changed Shadow's lineage from a Shade Demon with no host to a kind of Demonic/Unseelie Changeling, and now this story is all I've been able to think about for months! 🤩

Now Ellie's still a ghost/very dead in this story, but I have it that these two met MUCH earlier in this story than they do in TTDS, and they become very fast friends. Shadow needs to hide from the residents of the over world, Ellie needs help to find an amulet that chains her to the Living realm but also just wants to cause a bit of chaos.

So now this weird flashy version of Ellie is actually Shadow's new default disguise.

Hey hi hello! 👋 How do?

It's been a few months, and a little while since I actually drew anything, but I think I've managed to get myself out of the creative funk for now by drawing all of my characters from TOS/TTDS as tarot cards.

I mean, I've only gotten four of them down at the moment but still, here are some/most of my girls!

And just in time to go back to work 😅

Hey, hi, hello! 👋 It's been a little while, how do?

It's birthday time again and I am now 27, so it's basically a tradition now for me to draw something for this momentous occasion.

And apparently it's been so long since I drew anything, and probably even longer since I did anything THSC related, that I forgot how to draw Shadow/Shadow as a stick 😅

I was also supposed to doodle the cakes I got too, but maybe I'll just get back to that later. I got two cakes this year!

Actually it's technically 2 slices of chocolate cake from my brother and this Pinky chocolate slice from my ma 👍

Hey hi hello! 👋 How do?

I've finally got more art stuff, except none of this is from recently, you may have seen the first 3 of these in the sketchbook tour a few months ago. 😅

There was more that I had scanned but I didn't really have time to edit them tonight, so we have redraws, some redesigns and sky doodles. 🤩

This last picture is technically a bit of a redraw, just not one of mine, the original was by my friend Aqua/Mizu. 😁

And I redrew it because the fan game the drawing was based on/used in was revamped back in 2020 and I only found out about it around October this year 😅

So I'm a little late to the party and could have just about been in time for the 10 year anniversary next year 🤣

Hey, hi, hello! 👋 How do?

It's not post day, I just figured I'd just share my current sketchbook (I bought more for every longer lasting hyperfixation I've had this year so that's why it's been like 6 months and it's still not full 😅).

So here's a very quick sketchbook tour of what I have dubbed the Travelling Trashheap; I wanted to start it when we went travelling for my sister's wedding but that whole trip was fuckin' stressful, so I didn't get much done that week. 🙃

And I need to remind myself that it's called the Travelling Trashheap for a reason (I draw what I want in it)

Also I bought more Copics while I was in the depressive state 😬

Hey, hi, hello~ 👋 How do?

I've been a little depressed lately, so I've brought out the old sketchbooks and done a few redraws.

I flipped to a random page in a random book and got 3JTKA in TTDS Future, where it's been 10-11 years since their very first adventure, and now the whole squad's just differing levels of tired and angry.

There's a bit more story for Future in this post. 👍

The "Bug Squad" is the main squad for this little story, consisting of Hanna, Frankie, Shadow and Meds. All their personalities just went around in a big circle. 😂

Also, a reunion scene redraw!

This one actually got two redraws; this one from yesterday, the last redraw I did was circa 2020, and the original was from late 2018-early 2019.

The original story for this one was that Meds caught a plane home, it's been about 2 years since the whole squad was all together and things had gotten extremely stressful back home.

Bit of a ramble, Shadow's got the same job as me. 🥰 Also, Meds' original job was going to be an orderly or a nurse in a hospital, but I've now put him on the front lines as a paramedic (it's basically all he's been doing for 10-11 years).

Also apparently Frankie has a mullet now 🤣

Hey, hi, hello! 👋 How do?

I missed a few post days, but now I'm back with the 3JTKA characters. Because 1) I missed my characters and 2) I got tagged in a post with a headcanon generator recently, and decided to mess around with it.

And now we have Headcanon Corner in this sketchbook! 🤩

There's obviously a bunch more headcanons, especially for these guys, but I ran out of momentum for now (plus I don't know which ones to pick next.

Ooh! Also that other redraw of SJ and Zack (the other one is here), because I got motivation to do it after Zack's little nightmare headcanon.

Everyone in the nightmare is actually fine (actually we don't know about Lorel but he stayed behind on his own terms, and Cody fell but he's fine, and Zack just feels like what happened was his fault)

I missed post day again, but here's this sketch of how I'm currently feeling. 😅

So I have hyperfixations that have a habit of switching while I'm not watching.

...kinda wish they didn't. 😬

I'm pretty sure they've switched around at least 5 times in the last month.

It's not so much that I'm burnt out now, I've just got a lot of thoughts and no idea which one to start with.
