4/11/2016 After more than a month off, I finally made it back to the gym, and boy, did it feel amazing!!! I did a mile and a half on the track and ran 3 of the 12 laps. And I hit the machines for at least half an hour. It felt so great to finally be back! Gotta get ready for my 3K this weekend!!
