A few days back you gave Daddy a lesson in proper usage of concepts. For a few times already Daddy's tried to teach you the concept of "compromise", by explaining to you that a compromise is something people do when they each want different things: they discuss and find a common ground, a "compromise", something that allows each person to get a part of what they want, but not the whole thing, leaving some for the other person as well. So, as you were about to start eating your dinner, you asked Daddy if he'll let you watch Pink Panther. He initially said no, as we're not big fans of screen time, when you, without even taking a breath or spending time to think about his answer, replied " But Daddy, we make a compromise, as you said; you let me watch just 1 Pink Panther, just 1 Daddy, only 1!". Daddy was bowled over, and he could barely hold back his laughter (in order not to make you feel like what you said was not important). Also Mommy and Buni, who both heard the discussion, were very much impressed and laughing :))))) To think that you're only 3 years and a half and you've already manipulated a grownup into giving you what you want, using his own "weapons" :D Love, Daddy❤️
Morning cuddles 😘❤️🤗
How about this? :)
You and daddy were looking through a book showing Van Gogh's paintings, with daddy explaining what each painting meant. At one point he told you, in his typical style, that
"even though now you don't understand almost anything, these words will go into your head, and when you're going to be older they're going to bubble up from your subconscious, and you're going to think that they're your own ideas".
You said nothing and continued looking at the pictures and discussing.
Then, all of a sudden, you went down from the couch and said
"Daddy, i'm going now because i don't want you to put things in my head!" :)
