Chapter 11 weeeeeeeeeeee
This is literally one of my favourite pages in any manga I’ve ever read
Exclusive: Internal NYPD documents shed new light on the Strategic Response Group, or SRG, the heavily militarized police unit behind the cr
NYPD are taught to see protestors as "Everyday Citizen" "Professional" or "Anarchist"
"Professional" protestors "use protestor tactics, train often, break minor laws for the greater good, may be paid to be arrested through donors that believe in cause"
"Anarchist" protestors "challenge authority, destroy property"
Police are trained to see any protestors who challenge authority as anarchists. They are trained to mentally separate protestors as citizens vs other (read: people they can't hurt vs non-people they can hurt). Police exist to enforce authoritarianism

Don’t have too much to say about Magireco s2ep6 in terms of story stuffs. We’re basically just continuing to move the pieces around that get the plot heading forward, such as having Mifuyu switch allegiances or seeing MadoHomuSaya team up with Yachiyo to bust into Magius HQ. The episode leaves us off on the exciting notion of MadoHomuSayaKyou, alongside IroYachi - confronting Holy Mami and Rumour Tsuruno. An exciting prospect for sure.
Unfortunately this episode which should be a lot of fun and exciting content on its own is very much held back by production stuff - to the point of looking worse than Madoka’s TV run at times. Meguca faces, missing animations, and cuts to static background shots as action sounds play are the name of the game this episode, and it’s equal parts awkward as it is unfortunate. I do hope we’ve got the A-team ready for at least the final episode, and tbh I’m expecting pretty heavy BD changes as well. Honestly would hope season 3 gets delayed at this point. Do away with people calling the show ugly having not seen the finished product, and more importantly give these animators remotely decent working conditions.
