Well, after feeling dreadful yesterday, I had a speed session with a client today, which has left me feeling much chipper! I had said I’d sit on the sideline with a whistle, but realised my legs felt quite fresh. Only 5 reps as we did an intro to Kenyan Hills afterwards ⛰ I thought my legs would feel awful, but they seemed great, and I really enjoyed running fast 😊 Just goes to show that bad runs pave the way for better ones!
