Today I was the queen of the track. After the school round i went to the track for my run. It was scorchio but my session was nice and I managed. 30 minutes warm up and 20 strides on the grass. I even did the last 2 bare foot. That felt good!!! Followed by a 20 minute peloton strength session which was pretty much 20 minutes of lunges!!!!
