If you have health insurance I would see if they have a discount on their website! A lot of the bigger insurance companies (Premera/Regence/Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem, United Healthcare,Cigna) have discounts or free gym memberships

the membership is automatically charged and it’s the same for everyone :( and it doesn’t look like they have any discounts for the group classes. and yes the youtubers would be a great help to at least get me started on doing something regularly!

he really had the nerve to say it’s a distraction...that there are other ways to protest....WHAT OTHER WAYS DABO?? and a distraction?? lmao bringing attention to an issue that directly affects a large number of players on the team is somehow a distraction good to know. i’m so sick of white coaches opening their mouths about this as if the teams they coach are not predominantly black
