Meta about his mates

his maaaates okay so :  

Jai Bonetta (JJ)  :   Egg's  brother from another mother ,  like honestly they've known each other since they were little babies.  their mums are close friends , used to get together for tea every week , having some time to raise their kids together.  Jai and Gary grew up together , went to school together , were side-by-side for all the antics and all the struggles post-education.  and Jai eventually also joined the Kingsman , working in the tech division with Merlin  --  recommended to Merlin by Gary.  Jai can be found @knightshack.

Brandon Adams  :   the best friend.  they met in school , and for the longest time , Gary , Jai and Brandon were an inseparable trio.  Brandon dropped out of school when he was 16 to work at a petstore , and hopes to one day return to study , so he can work with animals in a more fulfilling career.  maybe a job with ZSL.  he's a great singer , and Eggsy's duet partner whenever they go on drives with the music blasting , or during drunken karaoke nights.

Liam Sailer (Mussel)  :   Liam joined the friendship group when Eggsy was 18/19 ish , when he was a mess after dropping out of the Marines. Liam's contagious laughter , stupid ideas and endless banter was initially the only thing that brought smiles to a depressed Eggsy's face.  soon they became pretty close , and Liam was considered the ' party friend '  --  maybe not the one trusted with problems and secrets but definitely the spice of the group , the one that turned life upside down.

Jamal Badri (Tiptoe)  :   Jamal became friends with Gary when they were 20.  he helped Gary out of a fight  --  and by fight I mean Jamal helped Eggsy escape getting beaten up kajsfhkjf.  he's the only one of the group with a steady job , working as a mechanic , and eventually becomes a manager.  Eggsy likes spending his time lounging at the mechanics , listening to Jamal's music and talking about cars and their love lives.  he's considerably more sensible than the others , the voice of reason , but can easily be swayed into doing dumb shit.

Ryan Richman (Ry / Lofty)  :   Ryan and Eggsy became pretty close in secondary school and actually dated for a few weeks , before Eggsy broke it off.  Ryan comes and goes , a part of the group but also somewhat detatched , with his own group of friends as well as ongoing academic study.  he wants to be a Fitness Trainer , one day , and his time at university and in extra courses takes up a lot of his time.  sometimes they'll all go out together , for dinner or to an Arsenal match.  Eggsy and Ryan don't hang around much together outside of the group , but they always have each other's backs.
