I Choose to Forgive..

.... but, it’s not even his fault. He’s a man. What can i expect? and the biggest thing of all, he’s not even mine; yet.

So nak marah tak tentu pasal kenapa?

It’s my heart. Aku yang rasa kecik hati, rasa geram, rasa marah, rasa nak beralah, rasa nak berundur, rasa nak menangis.

Why should i involve him?

Let’s me heal my OWN heart. In the mean time, like presume life as usual. 

It’s not act like nothing happen, things already happen, just act like i’m ok and i’m take a control of my own feeling. I can handle it. 

Why my happiness should reliable to you? I’m happy when i’m happy. I choose to be happy. I choose to keep thing simple and the time comes, let face it together.

Successfully IF for 16 hours...

.... yeayyy... for.the.first.time! after a long time.

Hahaha. Seronok sangat nampak!! Baru sehari ye.

Dah banyak kali attempt, dapat setakat 13 ke 15 jam je. Dah serik hari tu buat IF sampai sakit kepala sebab angin and perut kosong. Moody teruk and meragam macam mana ntah sampai nak drive balik pun takut.

Alhamdulillah semalam berjaya dengan jayanya. Gagahkan juga sebab tengok macam ok je. Perut boleh tahan. Alhamdulillah.

So hari ini harapnya akan berjaya lagi. Hari ini aku tukar jam. Tak nak pakai yang steps counting tu. Rasa macam stress bila tak cukup 10K.

Hari ini nak bertenang-tenang aja. 

Semangat nak timbang pagi tadi, sekali penimbang buat hal pulak. Terus tak menyala. Sakit hati betul. Walaupun ntah berapa ja turunnyaaaaaa. Ntah turun ke idak.

1 Feb hari tu timbang berat 71.8kg.

Aku dah pernah 72kg OK!

So harapnya kali ini berjaya berterusan sampai dapat berat 60kg. 

Doakan!!
