Foroglio is a historic village located in the Bavona Valley in the canton of Ticino, Switzerland. The village dates back several centuries and is known for its traditional stone houses built from local granite. Foroglio was historically an agricultural settlement where residents lived mainly from farming and seasonal mountain activities. Today, it is famous for the beautiful Foroglio Waterfall and is considered one of the most picturesque and well-preserved villages in Switzerland.
