Time flies so fast more than what we've imagined. Months became weeks. Weeks became days. Days became hours. Hours became minutes. And minutes became seconds. Time is the most difficult element to be defeated on. And yet, we are still doing it over and over again.

This week, sir Bronson discussed about the requirements we needed to be done for the upcoming Final Pitching. He also asked about the progress in every single team about their product if how we are doing. Well, our team uses every single vacant time just to finish our product and have our entry in the final pitching as part of the requirement of the courae.

Sir Bronson also conducted an activity, regarding on how we differentiate our characteristics between our teammates. He showed a picture of four guys in a classical set-up. The activity was very simple. All you have to do is to write different kind of description that, if someone read it, he or she will picture out in his or her mind the picture you have seen.

As expected, we in our team have different answers. Well, we describe it based on how we appreciate the picture on the first look. Some of our description are the same. Some are not. And that's the main purpose of the activity. It is to know what things in your team in each member you will became the same and not.

And for now, in making our product, we already know that those differences have to make a special role for us to be successful. We have to sum up our strength to make things possible. We are hoping and still doing our best to make this product.

Two weeks from now and we will be facing the most challenging part of this semester. Finals is fast approaching. We are experiencing a lot of pressure right now since all of our subjects are requiring Performance Innovative Tasks. 4Peace are doing their best to get the best out of it.

Last Monday October 1, 2018 Engr. Liezl Jabile disseminated a task to every group. A Business Plan is needed as part of the start up requirement. Also we are tasked to make a brochure about our product's specification, description and information about the maker. Contact details just like the facebook page, e-mail address and phone number is also needed for communication purposes.

The parts and components of our Hi-Fi are still not delivered. We are having a problem if we are going to make it through the finals. The date indicated for the expected arrival is from October - December. Since it has a free shipping fee, that's the reason why it took a long time to arrive. We cannot proceed to the next step if the components will not arrive.

The powerpoint presentation was assigned to Lendy, the Brochure making was assigned to Dave and Me. The Business Plan was assigned to Ryan and me. We are hoping to get the best result out of it. The final pitching is fast approaching and we still don't have a Hi-Fi to present. The Business Plan and the Brochure are still on the making.

Just a week ahead and a little more then it is already Finals. Every group must have a lot of progress as the final pitching is also fast approaching. It can't help to just sit still and do nothing. The final requirements and works must be accomplished.

Last week we received a shocking news about our instructor Ma'am Shahani Truza as something terrible happened to her. The dream that she always hoped for is now gone but we wished for her fast recovery physically and emotionally because we love her so much for her kindness. Ma'am Liezl Jabile our previous Math Instructor replaced her as our instructor.

She has the same requirements in making our products. She told us to continue of what we have started. At first each group was called by her to give an overview about the start up that we are pursuing. She asked updates always every meeting to assure that we are really doing our part.

About our product, the PCB coming from China already arrived last Monday but we have a problem facing right now an it is the delivery time of some of the parts. Based on the order details as we purchased our parts online, some of it will arrive in early October to early December and the finals is on October 3rd week. We are hoping to have the components before the finals in order for us to present our Hi-Fi product on the final pitching.

As finals is fast approaching the hand if the clock is ticking fast reminding us about our unfinished works. Are we gonna give up? NO! We made it from the start until now so there's no way we will pivot and find another idea. We our team is keep on moving forward despite of all the challenges that awaits and we encountered.

All we need to do is to have a counterattack and nail everything that comes in our way. The struggle is really real for us ME students because piles of works is need to be done. As we continue on our ventures, we thought that it would be easy on making the Hi-Fi of our start up but it's not.

We encountered problems just like ordering the parts of our product online. Since it is international and most of it comes from China, we must pay the very expensive shipping fee which will cost around $ 19-21. It is shocking because most of us are having a hard time asking for money to our parents since a lot of projects are also costing us more.

The other problem is that the shipping days. It will cover 20-50 days of delivery since it is very far. The design is ready and all we have to do is to meet Engr. Gozon for the 3D printing. Since our design is minimal and if it is to be made by hand, it will take a lot of time and patience. That’s why, our only option is to 3d print it. Ryan and Dave are working on it. For now, we are waiting for Engr. Gozon to be in EE Department Office. For the consultation of design

Last week we did more on giving updates about our start up. As we Team 4Peace already done more than 50 customer validation now we are on the process of ordering the parts for our Hi-Fi online.

Last monday each of the teams presented their Pains, Gains and Job to be done presentation. The user persona of our customer is that they usually use a Suyod 3-4 times a week more likely they use it at morning or night before going to sleep. The chemical shampoos also is not effective for them at all the lice just gain immunity.

Based on the data gathered, we can now say and conclude that our product can be part of the weekly life of our potential customers. We also presented the data of the number of people affected by kuto infestation. We stated the age range and the percent it covers to the 59% of Filipino population affected.

Last Tuesday September 11, 2018 Ma'am Shahani let us submit the plans and updates of our work. We already have the final design of our product and it seems like Sir Bronson and Ma'am Shahani are both satisfied and convinced of our process. The only thing we need to beat right now is the fast approaching deadline this final term.

Last week Monday September 3, 2018 we had our class in Technopreneurship. Sir Bronson discussed the format of our Team Presentation that is to be presented next week. We are required to present the "Lessons Learned" summarizing the out-of-classroom Customer Discovery for the past few weeks of our interviews and Customer Validation. A time limit of 3 minutes was allocated every group and a random member will be called to present the power point

Also last Monday Sir Bronson announced to the whole class the standings every group. Most of the groups got more twos than fours. Only few got 50-50 and we 4peace thankfully got 6 fours and 2 twos. Some are advised to Pivot to another start up or ideas if they can't sustain or fight for their current start up. We learned that having a Market Validation is really important for the success of our start up and luckily we got good feedbacks from our potential customers.

Afterwards in our next meeting Tuesday September 4, 2018 Ma'am Shahani meets us and ask for updates. She gives more attention to those who have more twos if they will still continue of what they have started and she asked some questions about their start up. Some are advised to have a Market Validation to make sure if there are some potential customers. Ma'am also gave us instructions about our blog's title so that uniformity will be achieved.

As our group meet this week, we are already prepared for the presentation next week. We do our PowerPoint Presentation and also we practiced for the presentation since one member will be called randomly to present. The Hi-Fi design was already on the move and needs to be polished and also we will start ordering online the parts of our Hi-Fi.
