The funny thing about my jacket here is that I'm a winter celebrity! Everyone recognizes me, knows I'm local, don't have to ask for discounts - all the perks. Yet if you do anything dumb in this coat... everyone will know. Come spring, I go back to being anon! I consider it quite a surreal experience to go from mini celebrity to anonymous in the same calendar year! But the best part about it is how excited staff can get when I walk into the Bay store and they want to play dress up with me. Big shout out to my mum, for being frugal with the housekeeping money back in the 80s and buying the jacket. It's now legendary!
