my 4track is alive (sometimes it is a 3track, sometimes even a 2track, as and when it decides) but the fast forward button does not work. all the same, it's not so important as rewind. having some patience to listen through again. it sounds so nice. I have other songs that have only ever lived inside my computer and sometimes my faulty cables are a nice substitute for "analogue warmth" but........
