Hey all. As you know I am a workout kind of guy, trying to stay fit and alive as long as possible. For you iOS fans (and anyone who just wants to get out and do some exercise), there's a special new Achievement challenge available for this coming Saturday the 15th called: National Park Challenge You just need to walk, bike, run, wheelchair or similar for at least 3.5 miles and you get a special achievement in the Activities app and sticks to abuse in Messages. It's a good excuse to get out and into the beautiful but hot weather this weekend. Hope to see some of you out there if you are in my area. And to everyone else, get out, make with the exercise, its good for you. Cheers
