Thank you, Portland for coming out for our building dedication on Friday.

Elected officials, Portland’s cultural leaders, all were on hand for this important occasion: Arlene Schnitzer for whom the building is named, former board chairs Ann Edlen and Al Solheim, U.S Senator Ron Wyden, U.S Representative Earl Blumenauer, U.S Representative Suzanne Bonamici, Commissioner Nick Fish, and Governor Kate Brown. Alum Lucinda Parker '66 gave a talk, and Demian DinéYazhi' '14 read a poem.

Seismic upgrades! In what will be PNCA's new main gallery, just off the Ann Edlen Corridor, massive braces are going in that will eventually be hidden within walls.
