757x1055 Lok DR Nr. 52 3360 was taken from RAW Munich-Freimann on April 5, 1943, assigned to Bw Brest-Litovsk Hbf ("Br.H.") and ran in front of the lens of the RVM photographer at Brest Central Station. Brest was taken by German troops during the German invasion of Poland (Sept. 1939). In accordance with the Hitler-Stalin Pact, the city was handed over to the Red Army on September 22, 1939 and was the main border crossing between the two countries. In June 1941 the Wehrmacht crossed the border again. Up until 1944, countless soldiers traveled in one direction and prisoners in the other to a foreign country, as numerous pictures from the train station show. Lok Nr. 52 3360 was in Austria at the end of the war and was handed over to the Romanian CFR on December 2nd, 1948. In November 1950 she went to the USSR, which classified her as TE-3320 in 1952.
