a sort of overview of what to expect for coming releases and pre-orders! no data because I’ll get there when I get there, I just want to let you guys know what to look out for : ) however, the second pre-order for re: s e n (the last one in light skintones) will be rolling around within a few weeks!
picture update! the 60body and the 52body getting cozy on my tiny balcony table (which is now a spray table).
yaassss, the print of the #52body arrived in the mail just now \o/ have some glowy & distorted phone pictures. I’m so happy with how it turned out! and as you can see it fits my previously made head sculpts perfectly <3 it’s just Howl, who actually got printed along with it, who doesn’t quite fit? with the camera distortion from the phone lens she looks fine, but in real life her face is too small for the body. I don’t know if I have the funds to reprint her in time for graduation, but I am in love with her tiny face, so I’m definitely going to give her another try in the future.
freshly ordered, in pieces this time but with still quite a bit of work left to do manually. graduation deadlines are nearing rapidly and I need to kick my ass into, like, eleventh gear @_@ It’s being printed at 51cm in length and should be quite close to the dollstown elf body in scale. I’m praying that it’ll end up being a proper fit to my Sen and Spoon sculpts!
that other doll body I’m working on for graduation. the mixable gendered parts one. I’m going to try and joint this one digitally. sculpting is still hard, but I’m starting to get the hang of it (my continuous screenshotting skills are worse)
it’s been long! lots of study deadlines and wintery lack of daylight is keeping me from sculpting, but I figured I’d post an update on what I’m doing digitally; one face that might become Howl, and one in-progress re-design of the 52body I was working on in super sculpey before.
printing costs a hell of a lot of money, but I think this working process will be faster for me (which is an absolute must if I want to incorporate this into my graduation project).
