5/12/17 Not being able to sleep tonight and having a lot of time to reflect and think, i've realized that I want you. I choose you. I'm up at night missing you, wishing I was with you. And I don't know what to do because I don't know if you even feel the same way or if i'm just there when you're lonely. But this love is forbidden, right? I wish it wasn't. I need to get away for a while.

I found this gem in the back of the closet.  My diet goal for 2016 is now to be able to put this on again and wander around Bytown...

54 Rock launched as CJSB at 540 AM on August 31, 1982. The station would lead a troubled 12 year existence flirting with many different formats through the 80′s before changing to "Active Rock” in 1989. It would move to the FM band at 106.9 with new CKQB call letters on September 1, 1994 as 106.9 The Bear. Today it is a Top 40 station with the branding Jump! 106.9.

August 31, 1982: A brand new radio station with the call letters CJSB launches at 540 AM.  The station would lead a troubled 12 year existence, never turning a profit, and would move to the FM band at 106.9 with new CKQB call letters on September 1, 1994 as 106.9 The Bear. The Bear was a continuation of the Active Rock format the station migrated to in 1989 as “54 Rock” (it’s best-remembered and longest-lasting incarnation). Today it is a Top 40 station with the branding Jump! 106.9.
