#5715 Microbrasserie Le Fermentor Célime Citron (Canada) First of all, I gotta give nuff respect to Le Fermentor for the name of this beer. Impeccable. So it’s hot as balls tonight so a gloriously refreshing 4.5% Gose with lemon and lime is exactly what I need in my life. It pours hella opaque with a bubbly head and a salty, citrusy nose, the body is thick in a salty way (a good thing) with some abundant citrus vibes up front, the lime and lemon blend together well to create a tart, tangy, citrusy backbone for the beer, it’s smooth and super refreshing, balanced and sweet, with a slightly dusty, creamy finish. Fantastic stuff, this is legit really damn good, big fan of all the packaged beers from Le Fermentor. Keen to see more!
