The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team really seems like a book that could solve issues that companies are experiencing today: disruption.

While the main points of the story don’t point to this theme, it’s evident how a strong team would be able to combat the pressures in an ever-changing society. As an example, if teams actually trusted each other, we wouldn’t just accept an idea because that’s what we are ‘supposed’ to do - we would challenge each other to find the BEST option that would solve the problem we are working on.
