Following discussions with the Czech telecom regulator, CTU and with the agreement of their Ministry of Defence, the Czechs are back on 5 MHz again after a break of two years (as of 0000hrs 1st Jan 2014)   Brief details are as follows (USB Dial Frequencies/kHz):   5288.5 5330.5 5366.5 5371.5 5398.5 5403.5   Max. Power - 100W ERP,  Modes - USB, CW (+1.5 kHz of USB Dial)   Status - Secondary (per ITU RR 4.4)   Access - 1 Year permit ending 31st Dec 2014              Written application to CTU (Czech regulator)              Limited number of 10 permits available              Report of activity on the different channels and modes to be submitted to CTU by 31st  October 2014 to allow analysis   Source: G4MWO/OK1RP
