Week One Complete!
So, week one of my diet and fitness plan are complete.
I have stuck to it as close as possible and I am 5.2 pounds down!
I’m really happy with the results and hopefully that means if I stick to it I will achieve my goal of losing a stone a month for the first couple months.
No point in posting a progress photo just yet, hopefully at 4 weeks I’ll have some progress to show :)
