BHQ HALLOWEEN TASK -- EMOTIONS.
Everybody feels differently about this season ... Some people RELISH in it, buzzing from the adrenaline that courses through their veins and fuels their actions; indulging in pranks and prancing around kitted out in the creepiest of costumes. Some live for the fright, excitement burning through their blood -- boiling like a witches cauldron, potions boiling and brewing. Others, well -- they’re not as brave. They hide under the comforts of their quilt, avoiding the trick or treaters; waiting for the night to end in their own sense of security. Others tremble in the darkness, holding their breath in an attempt to disguise themselves from the monsters lurking under their beds and looming in their closets.
Write a drabble on how your character feels to Brielle being decked out for Halloween. Are they excited, annoyed or neutral towards it ?? You may write this para however you feel, whether that be as if they are speaking to another character or writing a diary entry. Be creative with it and put your own twist on it !!
OR
Write a drabble on a previous experience with Halloween ... It can be about a time they went trick or treating, went to a party, visited a haunted house. What do they recollect from that time ?? Was it something they’d like to do again ?? You can write this in the past tense as a flashback if you really would like too !!
DETAILS: We will be offering 200 POINTS per drabble -- although you can only write one per character you play. We would like to see at least 150 CHARACTERS for these posts. This task will end on the 14th NOVEMBER as there are lots of other tasks popping up over the Halloween period.
