The Sunlight Sarasota, Florida: Ryan Nance

A little over a month ago, I was on Twitter, just kind of surfing around, when I came across this picture on the @5tilt twitter feed by my buddy and fellow poet Ryan Nance. The above photo was taken in Sarasota, Florida, and I just knew I could make it look just a bit more hyper real...therefore unreal. Ah, that paradox sounds weird typing it, but that's really what I thought made Rockwell special: There was something almost fantastic about the way he saw American life. I like art that blurs the perceptions of reality and makes them feel authentic.
