That peaceful depth (which I have a taste of) was missing but my concentration wasn’t. There was imagery but it didn’t come in the way of my attention. I was attentive enough to hear my mental voice uttering the Hong Sau. And this was the case even when my body trembled. Towards the end of the session, my shakes turned into trembles. All of this is required (sometimes peaceful, sometimes shaky) and in this order. It doesn’t seem like much but I know that this is the way forward.
