In a normal world, Rio had power. He had power and influence. He was a badass criminal who almost everyone was scared of. But this was no longer a normal world. The unexpected nuclear apocalypse had taken everyone by surprise, and now, he was stuck in a bunker with Beth.
Normally, he wouldn’t complain. But the fact that neither of them could leave even if they wanted to... it drove him crazy. He wasn’t the one in charge anymore. He didn’t have the power anymore. He stared at the soup cans on their shelf. What would happen when they ran out?
“I’m gonna kill those bitches,” Rio muttered under his breath, sulking as he sat in his chair. “You with me?”
