#6034 Nickel Brook Cafe Del Bastardo (2020) (Canada) This is my fave NB brew ever, so we were stoked to present it tonight. This is their 2020 version of their 11.9% imperial stout infused with Happy Goat coffee from Ottawa into Kentucky Bastard barrels. It pours jet black with a huge espresso head and a big coffee nose, the body is insanely creamy, it’s bitter yet balanced, fruity and earthy, chocolate vibes, clean, smooth and silky with a dry, espresso finish.
