Spending some time yesterday reassembling a customers (PEP-2) 2000 CRV B Series Transfer case! I remember how much of a pain it was to take apart. Even worst going back together. But alas nothing but the best. Finished media blasting this casting and cleaning the internal gear set.
Fresh bearings and races have been installed into this transfer case after sonic cleaning now being reassembled with solid pinion spacer and cleaned input and output gear. Finishing touches include 6061 Billet Purple Beauty washers and Grade 12.9 Corrosion Resistant Bolts form my favorite supplier.
